Naval Architect
Bill Schumacher joined Bradford Marine Yacht Sales and its parent company Bradford Marine in 2003 as Naval Architect. His responsibilities include providing construction information, plans and on-site technical assistance for shipyard projects and participating as a member of the Ccompany's job estimating team. Bill is an important member of Bradford Marine Yacht Sales technical services team, which compliment the parent company's existing line of shipyard and vessel services and ensure the Company's long-standing tradition of customer responsiveness and satisfaction.
Bill has substantial experience as a naval architect and has practiced in South Florida for over 20 years. He has served with the world-renowned naval architect Jack Hargrave and mega-yacht builder Broward Marine. He has been involved in more than twenty-nine mega-yacht new construction projects as well as extensive experience in large yacht repair & refits, including hull extensions and re-powering projects.
Bill is a graduate of the Westlawn School of Yacht Design, and his professional associations include the American Boat & Yacht Council and the Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers.
